The principles applicable to credits and printed products ordered on Deckforge.

Scope
This draft version sets out the terms for consumer purchases. The seller’s full contact details and the consumer mediator’s details still need to be added. The offer details, summary, and information provided before payment supplement these terms; this page does not replace missing pre-contractual information.
Credits and custom products
Credits let you use AI features in Deckforge. Their quantity and price are shown before purchase. Printed cards, boxes, and playmats are prepared from your creations and selected options. Check the text, visuals, quantities, and previews before confirming your order.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros. The total amount, applicable taxes, and delivery fees are displayed in the summary before payment. Payment is processed by Stripe. A flow explicitly marked as a test does not constitute a real payment. Credits and printing are separate purchases.
Order and confirmation
You may review and correct order details before submission. For printed products, a bank authorization may occur before order preparation is confirmed and the payment is captured. Check the status in your account and the confirmation emails. If something fails, contact us if a bank authorization or status seems inconsistent.
Production and delivery
Available destinations, fees, and estimated production and delivery times depend on the product and the address entered. They are shown in the checkout flow when available. Report an address error, delay, missing parcel, or damage via Contact with the order reference. Your legal remedies in case of non-delivery remain applicable.
Right of withdrawal
The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to distance purchases under the conditions provided by law. Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized may fall under the legal exception to this right. That exception does not remove the warranties for a defective or non-conforming product. For credits and digital services, no waiver arises solely from acceptance of the Terms of Service or these Terms of Sale; any early performance and possible loss of the right must comply with the legal conditions specific to the service.
Exercise withdrawal or request assistance
Where a right of withdrawal applies, send us an unambiguous statement via Contact or to platform@deckforge.io. You may use this wording: “I hereby notify you of my withdrawal from the contract for [purchase], ordered on [date], received on [date if applicable], reference [reference], in the name of [name], address [address].” The legal refund rules and, where applicable, return rules apply. Postal details and full return procedures still need to be completed.
Warranties and claims
The legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects apply depending on the nature of the purchase. Customizing a product does not remove them. For a print defect or a product received damaged, contact us with the order reference and a description of the issue. The sections and detailed terms of the warranties applicable to goods and digital services still need to be completed before these Terms of Sale are finalized.
Dispute resolution
First send your complaint to platform@deckforge.io. If the dispute is not resolved, the consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge under the legal conditions; the designated body and its contact details have not yet been entered. These terms do not deprive you of mandatory consumer protection rules or of remedies before the competent courts.
