Deckforge lets you design card games, work on their rules, text, and visuals with AI assistance, and prepare printed products. The features and their access conditions are described in the application. Purchases are also governed by the terms of sale.
You must provide a valid email address and protect your login credentials. Email sign-up requires code verification; Google sign-in uses an address verified by Google. You are responsible for actions you authorize from your account and must notify us of any suspicious access.
By creating your account after being shown the acceptance notice, you accept the version of the Terms of Service presented to you. Its reference and the date of acceptance are recorded with your account. Any material change to these terms will be brought to your attention; it will not be deemed accepted by a simple update to this page.
Some AI operations consume credits. The terms of the introductory offer and the available balance are displayed in the application. Free credits depend on the availability of this offer; creating multiple accounts to bypass its limits is prohibited. Purchased credits are separate from granted credits.
You retain the rights you hold in the content you import. You authorize Deckforge and its providers to process it as needed to fulfill your requests: storage, generation, display, sharing you enable, and ordered printing. This authorization does not transfer ownership of your content. You must have the necessary rights for any images, text, trademarks, and people depicted.
Outputs may contain errors, inconsistencies, or similarities to existing works. It is your responsibility to verify the rules, text, visuals, and files before publication or ordering. Deckforge does not guarantee that any generated output is exclusive or protected by copyright. Commercial use requires you to verify the applicable rights.
Do not use the service to create or distribute unlawful content, impersonate anyone, infringe third-party rights, or disrupt its operation. Attempts to commit fraud, gain unauthorized access, or bypass limits are prohibited. You may report content or behavior from the Contact page, specifying the relevant link and the reason for the report.
The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or incidents. In the event of a security risk or unlawful use, access may be limited proportionately; an explanation will be provided to the extent permitted by the situation and the law. You may request account closure via Contact. These terms do not limit your legal rights or any liabilities from which Deckforge cannot lawfully disclaim.
