How do I get started?
Create an account with Google or with your email address and a password. For email sign-up, then enter the code you receive. You can then describe your idea to Forge and build your game step by step.
What are credits used for?
Credits fund AI operations, including text and images. The cost varies depending on the operation and how it is processed. You can view your balance in the app. Credit packs and their prices are shown in the app before any purchase; printing is subject to a separate quote.
What happens if a generation fails?
A credit reservation may be made at the start, then adjusted at the end of the operation. A failure does not necessarily mean an entire series is cancelled: some steps may already have completed. If a charge seems incorrect, indicate the game and the operation concerned in the Contact form.
Who can access my game?
Access depends on your sharing settings and the people you choose to give access to. Check these settings before sharing a link. Content needed for the requested operations may be processed by our providers, including for AI and printing; the privacy policy explains these uses in detail.
Can I sell my game?
Deckforge does not require exclusivity for your creations. However, you must have the rights to the elements used, review the generated results, and comply with the applicable terms. An image produced by an AI does not by itself guarantee the absence of third-party rights or copyright protection.
Can I retrieve my files?
Use the download or export functions provided in the app for the relevant items. Available formats depend on the type of content. If the file you need is not offered, contact us and specify how you intend to use it.
How do I order a printed game?
Prepare your cards, your box, or your playmat, then add the products to your cart. The order flow shows the available options, pricing, and delivery. Review your creations before confirming: a custom product is printed from the files you approve.
How can I get help or delete my account?
Use the Contact page. For an order, include its reference; for a creation issue, specify the game and the action concerned. For a request to delete your data or access it, choose "Personal data". Never share your password.
